One Virtual Weight Loss Counseling Session

During an initial consultation, the dietitian will perform a nutrition assessment including calculating your calorie, protein and fiber needs. You will leave this session with a weight loss meal plan, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition interventions and steps the dietitian recommends to optimize your weight loss. The cost of this session includes one (up to 15 minute) follow up phone call.

Three Virtual Weight Loss Counseling Sessions

During an initial consultation, the dietitian will perform a nutrition assessment including calculating your calorie, protein and fiber needs. You will leave this session with a weight loss meal plan, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition interventions and steps the dietitian recommends to optimize your weight loss. The cost of this session includes two follow up sessions in which the dietitian will adjust macronutrients recommendations and suggest food replacements.
